Vault Storage
Lloyd's Transfer & Storage, an agent for North American Van Lines, provides 35,000 square feet of Vault Storage and Warehousing Services located at 409 East Main Street in Berryville, Virginia. We are the only relocation company in our area whose facility meets military and government requirements to handle their storage shipments.
The long-standing industry standard for household goods storage is vault containers. Vault Storage is a proven safe method for both short term and long term storage.
A vault is 84"Lx89"Hx53"W and we charge a competitive monthly rate per vault. Oversized (O/S) items such as sofas, refrigerators, pianos, etc. are stored in sofa racks or our O/S section. Additional charges may apply for oversized items.
All furniture is fully padded while stored in pallets. Each piece is individually wrapped and protected. Upholstered items are shrink wrapped for added protection. Due care is taken to assure that all household goods are safely wrapped, padded, loaded and stored.
When a vault is fully loaded, it is sealed and lifted by forklift into its permanent storage location. When you are ready for delivery, the whole process is reversed and your possessions are safely delivered to your new residence.
Like the moving industry, storage needs have peak demand periods. Please schedule your move early to assure that palletized storage space is available. Vault storage services are available on a space available first-come-first-served basis. For short term storage needs, mini-storage or public spaces can be coordinated through our office.
